Acceptance

By accessing or using Dental Diffusion (the "service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a practice or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of service

Dental Diffusion provides software that helps dental practices generate AI before-and-after smile videos from uploaded photos using curated presets. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Credits & billing

Generating videos requires credits. Subscription plans include a credit allotment that refreshes each billing period and does not roll over. Pay-as-you-go top-up credits do not expire while your account is active. Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are billed in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable — including for credits that have already been consumed. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree that you will only upload images you own or have written consent to use, and that you will not upload protected health information you are not authorized to share. You will not use the service for any illegal, deceptive, or misleading purpose. AI outputs are visualizations, not guarantees of any clinical result; you agree to label them appropriately in your marketing and not to present them as actual clinical outcomes.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the images you upload and the videos you generate. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content as needed to provide the service (for example, sending an image to a model provider to render your video). We retain all rights in the service itself, including our software, presets, and trademarks.

Disclaimers

The service and all AI outputs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Nothing in the service constitutes medical, dental, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dental Diffusion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dental Diffusion from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your failure to obtain required patient consent.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or to protect the service and its users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; certain provisions (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in [Your State] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service.
