Consent-first
Before every generation you confirm — in writing — that you have the patient's consent to use their image for marketing. We record that attestation alongside the job, so there's always a clear trail showing consent was confirmed.
No PHI you can't share
Only upload consented marketing photos. Never upload protected health information you aren't authorized to share — no records, charts, x-rays, or identifiers. Because you only upload consented marketing images, we are not a HIPAA Business Associate and don't require a BAA.
Private by design
Uploads are stored privately, not on a public bucket. Source images are automatically deleted after a short retention window once your video is rendered, and your generations stay yours — we don't use them to train models.
You stay in control
Download or delete your videos and source images anytime from your dashboard. When you delete, it's gone from active storage — no hoops, no waiting on a support ticket.
Your responsibilities
We give you the guardrails — but the consent itself is yours to obtain. By uploading, you confirm that:
- You have written consent from the patient to use their image for marketing.
- You will not upload records, charts, x-rays, or any protected health information you aren't authorized to share.
- You will present AI-generated clips as visualizations — not guarantees of a clinical outcome.
Short by default. Source images are auto-deleted after a brief retention window once rendering completes. Finished videos remain in your account until you remove them.
